How can i persuade mt mom to take me to a concert?

A couple of options....it sounds like your mom approves of the concert & approves of your date, but doesn't feel comfortable driving you because of the commute. Maybe she would be more willing if you found something she'd be interested in attending on the same night & nearby. Alternatively, would your date's parents be willing to drive? If the two mom's are friends, maybe THEY could drive you both & do something together while waiting for your concert to end. You'll have to find out what's going on in Seattle that same night. You could find some chores to do in exchange for your mom's time & gas$$$, if she did take you. Good luck, kid!
