Is there an Optional Sport tire for my 2002 Lexus ES300?

Your car is a Toyota Camry with leather and 500lbs of extra features. In the handling department it's an unmitigated pile of crap. Tires aren't going to fix it. If you don't like the way it handles, graduate to a real sports car and get a BMW or Audi.
