Pain im my right leg?

I do not know whats causing this pain im my upper right leg but its ussualy when i sit down for about a half hour and stand up. Its very painfull and annoying. The other thing is that when this started i cant stretch my right leg as far as my left. I would appreciate it if you could tell me why this is happening and how to get rid of the pain
