19 years old, no credit, what bank is most likely to give me a loan?

as i said im 19 years old with no credit, im trying to get a $11,000 to $13,000 loan for a car. i have worked full time at my job now for about 8, 9 months. Does anyone know what bank is most likely to give me a loan? or any other way other way to get it other than a co-signer.
