I need help with this kind of stuff?

You are a salesman. Your job is to get people to buy the products. You have to develop an approach that is right for your personality. The brochures cost money so you can't afford to give them to people who won't buy anything. You can say "Would you be interested in buying any beauty products today" or "Have you ever tried this brand of makeup". If they say no, they might still be interested at a later time.... but it would probably be best to give the brochure to someone who answers "Yes".
