Is Rick Santorum another unexceptional candidate for President, who relies mainly on distortion of Obama's?

Rick will likely be a presidential candidate, and as a member of the opposing party will take Obama's words and actions and try to exploit them for political purposes. And remember, that is what Hillary clinton did during the last campaign too. Sadly, that is what it appears to be the recent political game, distort what the other person says, instead of simply stating what you would do. It is attack the other person, versus to articulate your qualities and plans. And that is the game that is played by both sides.
