What's your favorite white meat? How do you like to cook it?

I love to barbecue pork chops, and chicken is great, just about any way you cook it, but my favorite is lean ground turkey. I either make it in a stew, or a stir fry. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd make it into burgers. Yumm!
