When will our kids be considered "American".?

I am Dutch, Norwegian, German, Czech, and Yugoslavian. When i have kids will their descendants ever be considered American? Once my kids kids have kids their heritage will be so diluted that they will barely be any heritage. Also going by Adam and Eve there is no way that their where people automatically Dutch, German of Czech. Their ancestors did not originate from Germany they would originate from where ever Adam and Eve were.
