Who should I start Garcon or Meachem ? - Fantasy Football Week 13?

Who should I start this Sunday, Pierre Garcon or Robert Meachem? I already have Vincent Jackson and Marques Colston in my lineup with Peyton Manning, Chris Johnson, Pierre Thomas, Dallas Clark, David Akers and Bears defense. I also have Steve on on my bench as well, but I don't think I'll start him. Thanks for your input. I need to win this week.
